GIFT WRAPPING

If you need an item gift wrapped, let me know! I love wrapping up presents! Gift wrapping is free, and I usually use brown kraft paper with a bright colored ribbon and customized card.

COUPONS

I include coupons with every order I send out! Coupons are not applicable to orders already placed, and only one can be used per order. Coupons can not be combined with sales.

Most of my coupons include instructions for redemption in my etsy shop, which does not work for this store. Since I can’t do revised invoices prior to payment, your discount will instead be in the form of a refund via PayPal.

ABOUT THE PRINTS

Please note, my prints ARE NOT signed. I only sign my original drawings. I like to keep my prices very reasonable, and signing & dating my prints would force me to increase my prices. Also, I'm

not Picasso or anything so I highly doubt that my signature would increase the value of your print in any way... BUT if you are desperate for a signed print, just let me know in the special instructions box at checkout & I'll sign it for you.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

I will e-mail you your USPS Tracking number (or customs number for non-US orders) the day that your order ships. If you have any other inquires regarding the status of your order, you can e-mail me at eloiseandramona@gmail.com.

CONSIGNMENT

If you'd like to sell my prints on consignment, I'd be very pleased-- e-mail me if you are interested :)

SHIPPING

I ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. All non-US orders ship Saturday. If you need your order quicker, let me know and I can try to ship sooner! If you need an upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail, just let me know and I will invoice you for the difference.

I'm happy to accommodate anyone that needs orders really really fast for a special event!

PAYMENT

I prefer PayPal. If you have a problem using PayPal please let me know.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If your item arrives damaged, please let me know asap. Hopefully since I'm such an expert at making my packages practically bomb-proof this won't even be an issue :D

I hope with all my heart that you'll be totally 100% happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you aren't please let me know & we can work something out :)

CUSTOM DRAWINGS

I'm currently only accepting orders for custom drawings if you are interested in buying the original drawing (not a print) or a bulk amount of prints/cards with that specific design (ie. wedding or party invites, etc.) If you're interested, you can e-mail me here.

WHOLESALE

I'd be glad to offer everything in my shop wholesale. Orders of 10-30 of a specific design in the same size (or a specific product) are 40% off my retail price. Orders 31+ are 50% off of my retail price. Please email me if you are interested.
